Everyone has the right to be healthy, happy, and whole…and Donna Costa has made it her mission to help others achieve optimal wellness.

Donna Costa In 1995, Donna was considering a career change when her brother was diagnosed with lung cancer and suffered through chemotherapy and its debilitating side effects. Donna was intrigued to discover that he was able to regain strength and organ function with homeopathic medicine. As soon as he felt better, however, more chemo was administered and sadly, she lost her brother to the disease. But Donna was inspired with the healing powers of homeopathic medicine and was determined to help others facing the same crisis...and her journey into natural healing began.

After graduating from the Edison Institute of Nutrition, and later the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine, Donna opened a general family practice in London, Ontario, focusing on homeopathic treatment complemented by nutrition. Donna was seen cooking and laughing on A Channel’s morning show. She was heard regularly on Radio Western CHRW 94.9 FM’s weekly Holistic Health Hour participating in open discussions about nutrition, breast health, libido, and other hot topics that women really want to talk about.

Donna's keen interest in natural health care and wholesome eating led her to Australia in 2009 to pursue a year of studies of homeopathic medicine and nutrition, after which she returned to family practice in London, Ontario.

Always one to learn more, Donna is now studying Bowenwork™, a therapy that originated in Australia. This hands-on body work is the perfect complement to the other wholistic services that she offers.
