Laughter Yoga™ Teacher

Laughter Yoga can be used as a fun and invigorating way to kickstart a "think tank" session, staff meeting, budget meeting, or annual shareholders' meeting. Laughter Yoga sessions are available in one hour formats to suit the needs of your group. In addition, corporations are encouraged to have their personnel trained as Laughter Leaders who would then be able to lead regular laughter sessions within the company. Regular practise of Laughter Yoga provides the best returns and is an excellent way for all employees to de-stress. Regular Laughter Yoga is particularly useful in "high stress occupations". In addition, training employees as Laughter Leaders helps to build their confidence and develop their leadership qualities so that employees can contribute to the future growth of the company.
Laughter Yoga produces positive effects on human physiology, biochemistry and behaviour. It reduces the effects of life's pressures, while delivering dividends on all levels - physical, mental, social, and spiritual - and helps participants achieve life-work balance.
Laughter Leader Training
This training teaches the fundamentals of Laughter Yoga as authorized by Dr. Kataria's School of Laughter Yoga. You will receive a training manual and a Laughter Leader certificate signed by Dr. Kataria (the founder of Laughter Yoga) and Donna Costa. Training consists of two days which can be two consecutive days or can be split into smaller time blocks to suit your group. Large or small groups can be accommodated.
